Terms of Service
These terms are available in English only.
Important: Snoovly is not medical advice
- Snoovly helps you track your child's sleep and spot patterns in your own logs. It is not a sleep consultant or a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
- Insights and predictions, including AI-written summaries, describe patterns in what you log. They are general information, not recommendations or advice, and they can be wrong or incomplete.
- Decisions about your child's sleep and care are yours. Follow official safe sleep guidance, such as the NHS's, and use your own judgement as a parent or carer.
- If anything about your child's sleep, breathing, feeding or health worries you, speak to your health visitor, GP, paediatrician or other healthcare professional.
- In an emergency, call 999 in the UK, 112 in the EU, or your local emergency number.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Leonel Roberto Zimi trading as Snoovly, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("Snoovly", "we", "us"), and apply when you use the Snoovly app at snoovly.app and the website at snoovly.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
2. Who can use Snoovly
You must be at least 18 and a parent, guardian or carer of the child whose information you log, or have their permission (for example as a family member invited by a parent). Snoovly is not for use by children.
Snoovly is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or not work as expected, and we may reset or migrate data as the product develops. We will try to give notice of any change that affects your data.
3. Your account
- Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for what is logged from your account, and for the accuracy of the information you enter.
- When you invite family members, they can see and add to your child's logs according to the role you give them. Only invite people you trust, and remove them in Settings if that changes.
- You can use Snoovly without an account, in which case your logs are stored only in your browser and may be lost if you clear it or change device.
4. Medical disclaimer
The Service, including all insights, predictions, wake windows, goals and any content generated by artificial intelligence, is provided for general information only. Snoovly does not recommend what you should do for your child. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not intended to be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Snoovly is not a medical device.
AI-generated content is produced automatically by a third-party model from the information you provide. It is not reviewed by a person before you see it, may be inaccurate, and should not be relied on for decisions about your child's health or safety. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in Snoovly.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully, or to log information about a child you have no right to log information about;
- try to access other people's data, or interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security;
- copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service, or use automated means to extract data from it, except as the law allows;
- use Snoovly to send unwanted invitations or messages.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Free and paid plans
Basic tracking is free. Some features, such as AI summaries, may require a paid PRO subscription. Before you pay, we will show you the price, what is included, how often you will be billed and how to cancel.
7. Your content
The logs, notes and other information you enter remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to provide the Service to you and the family members you invite, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time from Settings.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text and the Snoovly name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your family's own, non-commercial purposes while these terms apply.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Snoovly available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the Service will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.
10. Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, you also have legal rights that these terms do not affect.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for decisions you make based on information in the Service, or for business losses (the Service is for personal use). Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and £100.
11. Ending your use of Snoovly
You can stop using Snoovly at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we have to for legal reasons. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Snoovly develops. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the change, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or elsewhere in the UK or EU, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
